Membership is open to all
community members, health and social service organizations and community
groups serving Renfrew County and District who share an interest in
supporting breastfeeding

Chair is to be elected
by the network for a one (1) year term, with the option of a second
year.

Recording secretary to
be selected from the members for a one (1) year term.

Meetings will be held a
minimum of four (4) times per year or at the call of the chair at
a site that is convenient for all members.

Working groups will be
developed and meet as determined by the Network
-
The Renfrew County and
District Health Unit is responsible for ensuring that the minutes
are typed and distributed to members, preparing agendas and distributing
the agendas and relevant materials prior to the meetings.

Terms of Reference will
be reviewed annually and will include discussion and evaluation of
the overall purpose.
